Privacy Notice

Who we are. This page, the waitlist and the class registration pages are run by Royal Family Finance Academy by ReforgedHQ ("RFF Academy," "we," "us"). Questions about this notice: charming@rffinance.org.

What this page collects. This page doesn't use cookies, advertising pixels, a chat widget, session recording or outside analytics services. It uses a small counter that runs on our own site to count how often buttons are clicked, so we can improve the page. When you click a counted button, your browser sends our site the page name and the button name, and nothing else. The counter stores the date, the page, the button name and a running total. It does not store your IP address, your browser, the site you came from or any identifier, it sets no cookies and puts nothing in your browser's storage, and it sends nothing to another company. The counts are approximate. Its fonts are hosted on our own site, so your browser doesn't contact any outside company when the page loads. The sample tools on the page run in your browser and don't save or send what you type. Please don't enter client information into them.

Server records. Our web host, Hostinger, automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) for security and troubleshooting. This includes the request your browser makes when you click a counted button, because that click is a request to our site. We can view about the last 7 days. We don't download or keep them, and the host's retention follows its own privacy policy.

The waitlist. When you choose "Join the Waitlist," your browser goes to a form hosted by our customer platform, HighLevel. The form asks for your first name and email address. We collect them so we can write to you when the next AI Masterclass enrollment opens. That one message is what you signed up for. There is a separate, optional box ("Send me other news about future classes from Charming."), unchecked by default: if you check it, we may also send you other news about future classes. Leaving it unchecked does not affect your place on the waitlist.

The waitlist form page. The form page is hosted by HighLevel, not by this site, and it works differently from this page. It uses Cloudflare to check that a visitor is not a bot, and that check sets two short-lived cookies (about 30 minutes) used for bot detection. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when the form page loads. HighLevel also keeps visitor and session identifiers in your browser's storage and records a visit session when the page loads, even if you do not submit the form. The form page does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or a tag manager. Each of these runs under its own company's terms and privacy policy.

What we store when you submit. HighLevel stores what you type: your first name, your email address, and whether you checked the optional box. It also records automatically your IP address, your browser's time zone, the address and title of the page you were on, the site you came from if any, a visit identifier and the time.

What HighLevel does. HighLevel stores this information for us and sends our emails under its own terms and privacy policy. When you submit the form, an automatic step may add a label (tag) to your record on our side. It does not send your information to another company.

Registering for a class. If you register for a class, from this website or through a link we send you, the registration page is hosted by HighLevel, our customer platform, not by this site, and it works differently from this page. It asks for your full name and your email address. Registering creates an account for you in HighLevel's membership product, which we use to give you access to the course materials that come with the class and to send you the class dates, links and reminders. We check your name and email against our list of team members and invited guests before we confirm a place. Those emails are about the class you registered for. We send you news about future classes only if there is a separate box and you check it. For each registered person, HighLevel records the date you enrolled, when you last signed in, how many sessions you have opened and whether you have completed the course, so we can see who is ready for class. If a class is free, the page asks for no card or payment details. The registration page also loads a script from Stripe, our payment provider, in the background, even when the class is free, and that contacts Stripe's servers. If we ever offer a paid class, we will show you the price before you pay, Stripe will handle the payment, and we will update this notice before then. The registration and course sign-in pages work differently from the waitlist form page described above. They use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to count visits, so Google may receive your IP address, your browser details and a cookie identifier that lasts up to about 13 months, and HighLevel also counts visits in its own analytics. They also load Stripe's payment script, which sets Stripe's own cookies, Google's sign-in script, and a Cloudflare bot check that sets short-lived cookies, and they keep a settings item in your browser's storage. The sign-in page also loads an analytics service called Pendo and fonts from Google Fonts and from a font host called rsms.me. Each of these runs under its own company's terms and privacy policy, and you can block or clear cookies and storage in your browser settings. When you enter your email on the sign-in page, an encoded form of it may be sent to Google Analytics. Links in some of our emails, such as the sign-in button and the unsubscribe link, pass through our email provider's servers first, which may record that you clicked them.

The class server. The live class runs in a private Discord server. If you join it, Discord receives your Discord account details under its own terms and privacy policy. Other people in the class can see your Discord name and what you type in the class channels, and those messages stay in the server until we delete them. Please do not post client information in the class server.

Who handles your information. Our web host (Hostinger) for this page, and our customer platform (HighLevel) for the forms, class registrations, course accounts and emails, along with the service providers those pages use, as described above (Cloudflare for the bot check, Google for fonts, sign-in and analytics, rsms.me for a font on the sign-in page, Pendo for analytics on the sign-in page, Stripe for its payment script and any payment, and Discord for the class server). They handle it only to run the page, the forms, class registrations and the emails, and Google and Pendo also use visit information to count visits. We use your name and email only to write to you about this class and future classes. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We also use an AI assistant, Claude, made by Anthropic, to help us manage our contact lists and draft our messages. When it works with the waitlist or class registrations, your name and email are processed by Anthropic under its own terms and privacy policy.

How long we keep it. We keep your name and email, and your class registration and course account details, for 12 months after the last class we run, and then we delete them. If you ask us to remove you sooner, we will, at charming@rffinance.org.

Your choices. You can unsubscribe from any email with the unsubscribe link in it. You can also ask us to remove you from the waitlist or a class, and to delete your name, email, course account and the other information the forms recorded, by writing to charming@rffinance.org. We delete it from our account. Copies held by a provider under its own policy are not covered by our delete. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link.

The feedback form. If you have taken part in Charming's training, we may invite you to a feedback form, for example by a link posted in a group. The form has two parts. Part A is private feedback about the courses and trainings, with ratings and written answers; we use it only to improve the Academy, and we do not publish it or show it to the group. Part B is optional: if you give permission, we publish a short quote from you on the Academy website and in Academy emails and social posts, shown the way you chose. You may give your name and email, or leave them blank for Part A. If you leave your name blank we will not know your name, but the form page still records technical details (see the next sentence), and anything you write can identify you, so it is not fully anonymous. The form page is hosted by HighLevel, so it works like the waitlist form page described above: a bot check, session identifiers in your browser's storage, and your IP address, time zone and the page you were on recorded when you submit. Anyone who has the link can open the form, and the link is not secret. If you give a headshot, you email it to us after you say yes, and we use it only the way you agreed. We keep Part A answers for 12 months and then delete them. We keep a Part B quote and your permission for as long as we use it, or until you ask us to remove it. You can ask us to see, correct or remove your information at any time at charming@rffinance.org. We will remove your quote or photo from our website and future posts and from our records. We cannot recall a post already seen elsewhere, and we cannot remove answers you gave without your name, because we cannot tell which ones are yours.

Children. This page and the class are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices about cookies and storage. You can block or clear cookies and site storage in your browser settings. The form page may not work if you do. This page itself sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The waitlist, registration and course sign-in pages are hosted by HighLevel and may set their own.

Changes. We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we ever add analytics, cookies or any other tool to this page, we will update this notice first.
